30-min resistance training at home

:: 12h00am: sauerkraut

:: 12h30pm: lettuce + free-range chicken + 1 sl. of free-range bacon + sun-dried tomatoes + 1/2 avocado + homemade mayo (made with free-range egg yolks + macadamia oil + avocado oil) + a small handful of soaked almonds

::5h30pm: grass-fed beef + Brussels sprouts + onions + turnips

::8h00pm: 2 free-range eggs

*** still taking many supplements to try to heal my intestines and get my gut integrity back while ensuring that the nasty parasites all 100% gone. Although I have been feeling a lot better, I still experience some brain fog, fatigue and abdominal distention (I look like I am 5-month pregnant after eating!) from time to time. Is it because I had a bit of hidden gluten over the weekend or is it because of the parasite? Only time will tell and I will try my best to not be ” glutened”  again so I can better understand what is going on.

  • L-glutamine + S. Boulardii (shown in the blue cup) on an empty stomach twice a day
  • 3 superenzymes with hydrochloride betaine + 2 ADP oil of oregano at each meal (only twice today since I skipped breakfast; shown in the pink cup)
  • 1 tsp. of wild fish oil a day
  • 1000 IU vitamin D

day 12

1-hour walk before breakfast

:: 12h00: 3 free-range eggs + 2 slices of free-range bacon + 1/2 avocado + lettuce + balsamic vinegar

*** last night, I had a bite of my boyfriend’s chocolate Easter’s bunny and this afternoon I felt SO AWFUL! When looking at the ingredients more closely, I realized there was wheat in it… 😦 Spent the afternoon in bed, very tired, extremely bloated and had abdominal pain… all of that for a piece of cheap chocolate that wasn’t even good… god, need to think more before I eat! this is why I wasn’t hungry for dinner and only add veggies + coconut oil + avocado…

:: 6h30pm: zucchini + red bell pepper cooked in coconut oil + avocado

::8h00pm: 2 hard-boiled eggs (I got so hungry so had to eat a little something!)
