day 19

*** today was very similar to yesterday! leftovers day = break from cooking =  more time to relax and do nothing…! 😉

:: 9am: sauerkraut + grass-fed beef + avocado + cherry tomatoes

:: 1pm: cauliflower and free-range chicken curry + coconut milk + red bell pepper + broccoli + organic dried coconut

::6pm: grass-fed beef + onions + red bell peppers + mushrooms + organic tomato sauce + organic tomato paste + red wine vinegar + mesclun + avocado + cherry tomatoes + balsamic + dark chocolate
