:: 9h30am: Asian-style frittata (2 free-range eggs + broccoli + homemade teryaki sauce from Nourishing Traditions) + 1/2 cup homemade sauerkraut

:: 1pm: grass-fed beef + red wine + onions + Brussels sprouts + turnips + coconut oil + broccoli + 2nd dose of sauerkraut!

:: 5h45pm: grass-fed ground beef + mushrooms + tomatoes + onions + olive oil + coconut butter + red wine vinegar + oregano + basil + pepper + salt with zucchini + avocado

:: 6pm: 25 g dark chocolate
