breakfast [9h30am: free-range eggs + spinach + tomatoes]

lunch [1h30pm: leafy greens + tomato + avocado + free-range chicken + homemade mayo]

dessert [2h00pm: 2 tbsp organic coconut cream + 2 tbsp homemade almond butter (I made some almond butter by previously soaking my almonds to improve their digestibility and get rid of the enzyme inhibitors they contain and it turned out great! except that the texture of my almond butter is not super creamy, as you can see on the picture I can shape it into little balls… but it tastes great)]

dinner [6h30pm: coconut oil + grass-fed steak + sesame oil + rice vinegar + ginger + red bell pepper + mushrooms]
