lunch [12h00: quiche sans croûte au saumon, coconut et curry = crustless salmon, coconut and curry quiche = free-range eggs + canned Wild salmon + grated zucchini + red bell pepper + organic dried shredded coconut + green curry paste with mushrooms + tomato + avocado]


snack [4pm: 1 hard-boiled free-range egg + gluten-free tamari sauce + 1 spoonful of organic dried unsweetened coconut]


dinner [6h30pm: chicken leg + gluten-free tamari sauce + ginger + garlic + coconut oil + broccoli + red bell pepper]
