day 1

breakfast [9am: coconut oil + free-range eggs + red bell pepper + mushrooms + spinach]


lunch [12h30: stew with gluten-free pork sausages, onions, red bell pepper, broccoli and tomatoes]


pm snack [3pm: 23 Aussie almonds! + 1 free-range hard-boiled egg with gluten-free tamari sauce]


dinner [6pm: leafy greens + tomatoes + 1/2 avocado + poached free-range eggs + olive oil + balsamic vinegar]


1st day on my strict Paleo diet! I definitely craved my cheese in the afternoon and those few squares of dark chocolate after dinner but have managed to resist! =) Now 15 hours intermittent fasting until tomorrow’s breakfast….!
